Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 10 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a refund:
1. Contact us and provide your order number.
2. Attach a clear photo of the product in case of damage.
3. OOSH will review the request before approval.
If approved:
● You will receive a refund equal to the product price.
● Refunds are processed once the product is received by OOSH.
● The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which may be higher than the original shipping cost.
Manufacturing Defects:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, OOSH covers the full cost of return and refund.

Cancellation Policy

● Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
● Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may proceed with a refund or exchange upon receiving the order.
● Orders that are not confirmed within 3 days are automatically cancelled.
