At OOSH, we ensure that every order is handled with care.
● Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within up to 5 business days nationwide.
● Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 80 EGP applies to all governorates across Egypt.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange:
1. Send your order number.
2. Attach a clear photo of the item.
3. The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unused.
4. The request will be reviewed before approval.
If approved:
● You will receive instructions to complete the exchange.
● The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
